All good choices so far, esp Boys over Flowers. I'm going to suggest my fave again: Fushigi Yuugi. All 52 episodes *not counting the OVA's* are loaded with action/romance/comedy/angst

The perfect Romance/Comedy/Action series is FLCL. That anime show may be only six episodes long, but it is amazingly funny, has awesome action scenes, and to tie it all together, a bit of romance too.
