When I say that it's because I've had my fill of the conversation and have nothing else to say about the matter. I no longer care what you think and I refuse to discuss any further and that we may as well agree to disagree.

Some girls went through that whole rebellious and popularity stage in Jr High and that was one of the phrases repeated often... it drove me insane... it was mainly all the girls that thought they were so Damne hot, or better than everyone else...

It's an incredibly useful word. By inflecting it correctly, you can indicate that you agree with something, that you disagree with something, that the person you're talking to has green goo dribbling out of his nose - basically, you can indicate whatever. It's handy.
