UCLA, 88 wins from 1971-1974. People just dont remember how dominant UCLA used to be. They use to get all the recruits. Their incoming classes would be something like Durant, Oden, Augustine, etc. all on one team.

UCLA is the correct answer. Late 60's into the early 70's. I remember watching the game against Notre Dame, who broke that streak.
