There is no way that boy should still be in the competition. I can only imagine thousands of teen-aged girls are keeping him on because he's "cute".

I totally agree! I am in complete shock! All I could think of when Sundance got the boot and Sanjaya got the vote was OMG the Indians must be taking over the polls! That has got to be it. Sanjaya is just some foolish happy go lucky borderline dumb kid who can't sing nothing more than a jingle or what he is told to do. Sanjaya has no personality whatsoever and is NOT cute! And Sundance is awesome! WTF? I would of bought a CD from Sundance after watching his first audition if he had one. Do the voting lines reach India? That has got to be the only answer! This does not make sense!

There is no way Sanjaya should have been voted into the top 12, but he was. I am still in shock. And double shocked that Sabrina was voted off and Sundance. Like Simon said was the sound turned off on tvs. The judges were just as shocked as we were and like Paula said it's a singing competetion, but tell that to the people who are voting for Sanjaya because he's cute. Personally I don' think he is at all, reminds me too much of Michael Jackson. At least America got it right by voting off Antonella.

it truly is those damn teenage females. all of them imagine he's wonderful. Me? i'm a young person. i don't think of he's wonderful in any respect; and he's a nasty singer. besides, it truly is no longer a seems competition. so as that they prefer to stop voting only because they have a issue for him. even as it comes right down to it, Sanjaya will come living house before the genuine competition like Blake and Melinda.

I think I need to call my papaw and see if he's still using his hearing aid,and then if I find someone that's voted for Sanjaya i'm giving them the hearing aid.

He wasn't just competing against Sundance.
Someone else in the competition could have been voted off instead of Sundance too, but not enough fans called in for him.
Its not Sanjaya's fault. I feel bad for him!

I agree!!! Especially in the case of AJ though last week, Aj did sooooo good.
Sanjaya should have been gone the first week, and if he has people voting for him in the bottom 12 I will be pissed :(

Some folks are working their fingers to the bone with multiple calls to get him into the next round. If the trend keeps up and he should get to be the Idol he will have a very rude awakening. Only his friends would but his record and very few others. His friends are NOT doing him a favor. Sabrina should still be on the show too.
THIS IS A SINGING COMPETITION AND I AGREE WITH PAULA, RANDY, AND SIMON ON THAT.

i totally agree with you on that, i know he has a cute hair but to vote for him because of that is not right sundance has a lot of talent and he shouldn't have been sent home that so not fair.

he is not cute let and he cannot sing. what's wrong w/these people i saw the writing on the wall when they let haley stay over sabrina. she sucked last night. WTF get hearing aids people. i hope all of sabrina and sundance's fans vote both sunjaya and haley off in the next two weeks. i don't think sundance picked a good song but he sure the hell sounded better than sunjaya who is BORING. i'm pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he shouldnt have made it to the top 24,but if the judges insist on stacking the odds for black girls then maybe we should all vote for sanjaya.
