Absolutely! He is - be far - the most outstanding candidate. Too bad neither major political party will give him a 'look' - and it's because he's not going to swallow their political pabulum. -RKO-

The fact that off the top of my head I didn't even know who he was is not a good sign that he is a viable candidate. Name recognition matters, unfortunately. He likely doesn't stand a chance in this year with so many well-knowns running.
I did a quick read-up on the guy before I wrote this, however, and he seems decent enough. His stances on economics are ignorant and unreasonable, but I admire a guy who does not kiss the butt of his party. A Republican who did NOT support the war? Very interesting.
I'll never have to decide whether I like him or not, though. He'll never win the Republican nomination, even if he runs, so he'll never get a look past the primaries. I'm not registered in any party, so I don't vote in the primaries. So that is what I think. Thanks for asking!

There are only a handful of elected officials who are even attempting to protect your rights. Congressman Ron Paul is one of them and he deserves your immediate support for President.

I think no. He's an isolationist. Isolationism was a disaster in the 1930's & would be worse now.
