we ask a question we get negative 5 points? Shouldn't we gain points?? GEEZ!!!!!

I was just thinking the same thing. There would be alot more questions and we could all gain some points. Although I have no idea what the points are good for haha.

If you pick a best answer for your question, you will get back 3 points. So, it really only costs you 2 points to ask a question. But, you knew that already- yes?

No, you only gain points by answering. If you got points for asking questions there would be no motivation to answer any.

I think they take away points as to avoid people asking silly questions and getting rewarded for it.
