I have a rubber lip pleco, 3 white skirts, a african dwarf frog,and a fire red dwarf gourami?

Assuming you won't be over stocking the tank a dwarf gourami should fit in just fine. Be sure that fire red dwarf it's actually a red honey gourami though. Honeys and dwarfs don't mix well.

Venice is right, the size makes the difference. If it is at least a 15g tank, you should have no problems.

Sometimes, though, the dwarf gouramis can be a bit of a bully. The white skirts are fast enough to not be troubled but the tiny frog and the other dwarf could get picked on. The pleco has thick enough skin to not be worried. I would watch them closely for a couple hours to see if there is any agression between the gouramis and the frog.

What size is your aquarium? Without this bit of information, it's impossible to say.

They are all peaceful and should go well together.
