Persistence. There are many talented failures out there, as well as countless genius drop outs. A consistent, unyielding approach to business (in an ETHICAL manner!) will almost always lead to success. The degree of that success will depend on how many of those talented failures and genius drop outs you can motivate!!

Resilience and ingenuity are, IMHO, the keys to success.
Don't give up too easily, but if the costs are insurmountable, think of a different approach. If the situation is dynamic, then wait till the conditions are favorable for action.
