How long has the universe been around? How long does it take for a civilisation to grow?
You do the math.
There are uncountable civilisations thousands or millions of years more advanced than us.
I think they can do what they want. Like make dinosaurs or all kinds of creatures.
And there are probably tons of alien races and civilisations all around. We can't see a planet located in another solar system yet.(With our telescopes)...So how arrogant does one need to be?
Check out stuff on the internet. Even if it's not genuine it will give you an idea.
Try alienshift for starters.
Peace.

Of course! It would be mathematically and logically very improbale that tha only life in the universe would be on this rock we call earth placed in the outer spial arms of an immense galaxi in an immense universe the size of which is not yet fully realized. It would be crazy to think that earth is in the gazillions of planets , is the only one with life. The earth is not the center of the universe. Most life on most planets depending on whether they are carbonbased or not, develop
along similar lines. Example. Our feet are on the bottom, because we use them to walk with, so they are closest to the earth. Gravity which all planets have , keep them there.
Our head is strageically placed on the top of our bodies, so that we can achieve a greater visual distance, as our eyes are placed on our heads. Our hands and arms are close to our mouths, so we can feed ourselves. There is a reason why we are constructed the way we are. Convenience. Call it evolution.

I do believe there is extraterrestrial life, but it may not be in a form that we would recognize. If there is intelligent life and if they know about us and if they have any sense of self preservation they are probably keeping as far away from our destructive species as possible! Humans do have an unfortunate tendency to kill first and ask questions later when we are confronted with something new that we don't understand.

According to the WordWeb dictionary extraterrestrial means 'a form of life assumed to exist outside the Earth or its atmosphere'. So, you don't need to go that far looking for this sort of life. Mars, for example, might have had or still has extraterrestrial life in the form and shape of bacteria. We don't know for sure yet but we are strongly suspecting it. Hopefully, future missions will provide conclusive evidence on that.

It is very stupid to believe (like user 21-F-USA does) that there wouldn't be any out there. Way to big is the universe with more than 10^10 x 10^10 stars in it, therefore probably the same aount of planets. If only 0.000000001 % are habitable for any kind of lifeform, it would still be more than 10^7 planets or planet like objects in the universe with life on them.
To believe they must be as like as we are also isn't very clever, because we already know that life can develop completely different from anything we know (see so called "black smokers" on the seabed, there life developed even without the Sun!!) To think life of any possible kind would need the same conditions or surroundings as like as we do is pretty much narrow minded. So open your mind and google NASA for those scientist who earn their moneyasking themselves how life on different worlds could look like.

Yes there is life on other planets. Why would we be the only life in the entire universe? Laws of averages would put us somewhere in the middle. Some planets host life that is more intelligent than us and some are less.

There's notions such as Drake Equation and the Rare Earth Hypothesis which attempt to address this idea. I highly recommend looking this topics up if you are really interested in this.

A. Without question
B. I have no idea how they would look, it would depend on what planet and what ecosystem within that planet they evolved.
C. No. 1rstly, you're assuming they're intelligent. 2ndly, they don't know we're here anymore than we know where they are.

Yes, but space is so vast, that unless they are in the small section in neiboring space that our radio transmissions have reached they would not be aware of us, and if they were it would proablly take decades to send a message back.

They probably don't look like mexicans. There's almost certianly millions of aliean cultures, some probably more advanced than us and some probably still in the stone age. (This would prohibit them from finding us.)
