"Realator" is not a term, the actual term is "REALTOR" and that word is a registered trade mark for an organization called "NAR" or National Association of Realtors, usually made up of real estate brokers. I recently finished the Real Estate Sales Agent school online and it took me about a month to finish the full 96 hours required to get a real estate license. I recommend the online course if your state offers it and the price was under $600.00 for books and materials.

Many large real estate companies like Century 21 run classes to help prepare you for the exam. The one I looked into was three weeks, I think one night each week, for $99. There is also a separate exam fee that is paid to the state, sometimes paid through the school. In CA, the exams are at set dates, so how long it takes to become licensed may depend partly on when the next exam is after you finish training.
