No, you can't. Even if it is unlocked it's not possible. Sprint phones are CDMA which don't use sim cards, and the Sidekick is GSM which requires a sim card to work. They are two completely different technologies that are not compatible with each other.

No. The sidekick uses SIM cards. Sprint doesn't.

tht will never happen. the reason is simple; sprint and t-mobile operate on 2 diffrent tech. t-mobile operates on a GSM network; and sprint operates on there own created PCS network. the days of buyin a unlocked and unprogramed cellphone are long gone, lol.

look into getting your phone unlocked..this makes it possible to be used by other carriers..I'm not sure how much it costs though

type your phone model in eBay along with "unlocking kit"

eBay also sells phones that are already unlocked. just make sure you buy from a seller with a good rating.

you will be able to make and receive calls however you might not be able to send messages with the sidekick if you have cingular since the sidekick is build to send them for tmobile

you can only unlock it to make and receive phone calls and make and receive text. But you have to still pay t-mobile to access the Internet options of the phone.
