I think if gordon stays under control and rhodes shows up then state will beat kentucky.

True they may not have a consistent outside shooter, but when a guy like Bradley, Crawford, or Meeks gets hot they can really knock them down. Plus Morris really turned it up a notch today, showed that his head was in the game and put it on Davidson and Hendrix inside (two incredibly good, shot blockers). Kentucky also did something today they haven't been able to do all season, come back from being down and keeping a decent lead.

This is a different Kentucky team then I've seen all season long and Bradley said it best in the post game interview..."It's a whole new ballgame, you start the tourney 0-0 and put the past behind you.".

Kentucky also beat Mississippi State in Lexington 64-60 earlier this season. That was with MSU shooting 47% from the 3 point line. On the other hand MSU turned the ball over 13 times and shot 36% overrall against a tough Kentucky defense.

MSU has a tough team and will give Kentucky a run for their money, but I think Kentucky can pull it out. When Morris is on they have the inside advantage against most teams. And as long as they play as well as they did today against Alabama they'll be alright.

I am a UK fan and I think that UK will beat MSU. They are getting hot and all 5 starters were in double figures today. Bobby Perry has been playing great the last 3 or 4 games. Morris has been staying out of foul trouble lately also. Their defense has been playing better too. Hopefully I didnt just jinx them but I am pretty confident that the Cats will win!!!

You have a good point..we dont have very good outside shooters Joe(Crawford), Bobby (Perry), Jodie (Meeks), and Ramel (Bradley) all can shoot, but they go ice cold sometimes. Although they were hot today vs Alabama..I think Kentucky plays some of the best defense in the country. No saying that because im a UK fan, but the are scrappy and cause many turnovers..I think it will be an exciting game tomarrow...I look forward to a good one...LETS GO 'CATS!!!!
