Hey wuts up,
I would say for a deck Krooked or Real, Possibly Antihero beucase it lasts long and has good quality wood, good concave and a good feel to it,
Krooked skateboards are great, they'r part of the Dexlue Distribution along with
1) Real Skateboards
2) Antihero skateboards
3) Thunder trucks
4) Spitfire wheels

check http://www.dlxsf.com/ or type Deluxe Distribution into google and you can get the real facts on the dexule distribution. They use better quality wood than any other brand.

Thats just my opinion, I really like those

I recommend for decks a Baker, Flip, Darkstar, maybe a zero, a chris cole at least, for trucks you should go for Thunders, Royals, or Tensors. Ricta or darkstar wheels are far better than spitfire. Plan B decks are weak, with your weight it would probably snap less than a week, if you already know how to skate. My personal skateboard set up is always one of the four mentioned above, Thunders all the time, wheels don't really matter, bone reds. The size of a deck depends on the size of your shoes, the bigger your foot size the bigger the deck, not too big though.

Deck: Enjoi, listen, girl, chocolate, skate mental and since you're kinda big I reccomend a 7.75 inch deck its like the best width

trucks: krux(lighter and cooler than GK) ,indy yes they are about 6 ounces more than krux or GK but do you really think 6 ounces is gonna make you skate better? if it is go for it

wheels: spitfire, ricta, autobhan

bearings: bones all the way best bearings ever made for skateboarding

griptape: mob

hardware: randoms best hardware get it all the pros have it

Trucks: I like Ventures or Phantoms. Ventures are pretty inexpensive but are really good. Phantoms look cool and have a nice rubber riser that absorbs shock.

Decks: I like Darkstar best since they're strong and got good pop, but Zero, Flip, almost, and Blind are great too.

Wheels and Bearings: BONES ALL THE WAY!

Accel wheels
Destructo trucks
Toy Machine, Flip, Enjoi, Popwar, somtimes Baker decks. Thats in order from most favorite to least. I like the width of the deck to be 7.65-7.75 length about 31, thats about right.

Favorite shoes of all time definitly Emerica Kirchart #1, I wish I could find another pair.

first of all im gonna be like everyother ****** and change the subbject. " why dont you get thunders man why not?" " man, get a element man, they are so good (pun)" ok...lol now that thats over i would suggest indy, they are the most reliable trucks out there, as for the dack i would get plan b, they are all around better decks than real.
