Maybe. But it depends on what you mean by "work".
The most a profile tracker can do is give you the IP of the visitor to your profile. That IP may or may not be the actual IP of the visitor. Anyone who uses a proxy (and I always advise anyone who uses Myspace to use one), anyway the only thing the tracker can do in the case of a proxy, is reveal the proxy's IP address.
So, if you get an IP and "whois" it, and it comes back from Afghanistan or something, you probably are seeing a proxy IP.
I don't allow my kids on myspace without a proxy BTW.

I seriously doubt it! I have yet to hear of any one getting one to work... I know there are viruses titles "Profile Tracker" be careful!
