Absolutely... even if she is still a deadbeat and chooses not to abide by the judgement and pay you, having that judgement will damage her credit, and will enable you to collect via third party enforcement in the future.

do you have any documents proving that she owes you this money or ever said she would pay you back?

if not it would be word against word and you'd probably get nothing. But if you have documents I think you can go to civil court, check with a lawyer to be sure.

Yes, you can if there is evidence to prove that she own you large amount of money. But it gonna be hard time for both of you, and I think you need to move on and see someone better.

you must have the proper documents proof of this debt, it must be within a few years ago, but yes you can file against her
