bUT, umm..no, fraternities are for boys enrolled at a college and have gpa and other school related info that has to be maintained.

No, but there are fraternal groups for individuals in the community. Look into things like the Masons and (I think) Knights of Columbus if you want the group/brotherhood experience.

If you want the crazy college frat house, you need to go to a college frat.

With the panhellenic council...it is typically required that you are attending a university. With graduate chapters, with a degree, you can join a fraternity.
