I've been trying for a second baby for the past 2 years as my elder son is coming to 3 yrs this year. However during the 2 yrs I tried to conceive, I got 2 miscarriages during those 2 yrs. This year I'm desparately trying again but I dnt seem to get pregnant. I want it to be naturally conceive, not by any surgical method. Is there any food or medications that can make me conceive?

The most important thing is to be sure that you are ovulating. You should chart your temps with a basal body thermometer every morning before getting out of bed and record when the temp goes up by a few tenths of a degree. This will tell you that you have ovulated. Do this for a few months so you have an idea how your body is working. Then use an ovulation test kit to time intercourse in the few days before ovulation as the sperm can live for several days before the egg is released. Drink lots of water to increase your cervical fluid, do not use KY jelly as it can damage the sperm, cut out processed foods, smoking, alcohol and caffeine.

Only thing that I can you is to stay stress free, eat healthy and get a check up to make sure your body is okay to try and have another baby. If you do end up conceiving take it easy, relax and try not to lift to much. You can do your daily things but just be careful so that you can be able to carry your baby to term.

Relax, stop trying.
Go hang out a baby daycare center.
Volunteer to hold babies at the hosptial.
being around babies, will help your hormones and the less you try, the more relaxed you will be and stop thinking about trying and it just happens.

a lot of people get preggers during an adoption process, cuz they have relaxed and quit trying.

eat healthy, get lot's of sleep, take your vitimans, don't stress,
meditate, do yoga

If there was a problem with the hormones, you may want to get that taken care of before trying again. Good luck! Ask your doctor about this and they will help.

take your vitamins including maximum amount of folic acid. also, i read that black tea for some reason increases the chances, i drank to decaf cups of it for two weeks along with a daily vitamin and additional folic acid and got pregnant! unfortunately it ended in ectopic. but i already had one of them before and was at higher risk of the second so the tea and vitamins had nothing to do with it being ectopic.
