It's legal in non Muslim countries. You have to be 21 in the United States to drink, 16 in Switzerland and 18 everywhere else. However, most countries do not enforce alcohol laws meaning that if you want to drink as a 13 year old without going to jail as you will in The U.S. then go right ahead. I drank in many countries when I was that young and turned out alright; legally it was just never an issue.

Alcohol is legal to anyone over the age of 21, except maybe people on probation for drinking-related offenses. No prescription is required.

Alcohol is legal to those over 21, but you don't need a prescription to buy it, just a legal ID or Driver's License.

If you're talking about rubbing alcohol, then you don't need a prescription or any kind of ID

It depends on the country you live in, naturally.

If you're in the United States, yes, alcohol is legal, if you meet certain criterion.

You MUST be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol in the USA. No, you do not need a perscription to get it. You need to be able to prove you are 21, however.

All of the previous answers assume you are referring to alcoholic beverages: beer, wine, whiskey. While you don't need a prescription for alcohol you do have to meet age criterion.

But, there are other types of alcohol which are poisonous. Isopropyl-alcohol is found in rubbing alcohol. See the link below for more info.

I had to read this question 3 times and read other answers before I understood what you were asking. Taking that into consideration, you don't need to worry about alcohol. Stay away from it and get an education (in proper English), or a better one cause your lacking right now.
