how do you change a .pub to a .jpg?

I did a business card on publisher and I need to save it as a jpg or tif ot epx or qxd so I can upload it to a printing company?

I've never used publisher, but most programs that save an image by default to itself as a program (.ai for illustrator, .psp for photoshop, .fla for flash), have an option under "file" that is "export". Click on "Export" and it should give you a drop-down menu of possibilities for saving, one of which being a jpeg. Try that.

open up adobe photoshop and save as as a jpg.
