2nd) http://www.smrt.com.sg and http://www.sbstransit.com.sg for different modes of transportations
Just remember to input "151 Chin Swee Road" **, find under the searching bar in http://www.streetdirectory.com
And you'll see the building name as "Manhattan House", 151 Chin Swee Road, Singapore 169876. Select it and wait for the window to load and open itself. You'll then see exact location on the map. After that, try to use http://www.smrt.com.sg and http://www.sbstransit.com.sg for the transportation directions.

The nearest MRT will be either Outram Park or Chinatown.
The well known building "Tong Chai Medical Institution" is just opposite Manhattan House.
To minimise walking distance. Proceed to Orchard Road - Dhoby Ghaut Stn, (Bus Stop Number: 08057) and board Bus service number 174 and alight at Chin Swee Road (Bus Stop Number: 06031) in between "Landmark Tower" and "Stamford Student Residence" or opp Blk 13.
