I heard on the news that there is an error on the new dollar coin. Is this true?

Fails to appear on the ones produced in the Philadelphia mint. Keep your eye open, they will be worth a lot.

There are errors on every new coin that comes out. The gov. makes millions off these types of things. These errors also make the collectors giddy.

This dollar error is with the words around the edges of each dollar.

It is true. The motto "In God We Trust" is missing. Contrary to what the other guy said, they won't be worth a lot. A huge quantity was already in circulation when the the discovery was made.

Before this, prices skyrocketed. Now they are around $50.
