How do I re-label a DVD-RW?

I'm looking for something to write directly on the disc, and then erase and label it again when I put different content on it. I don't want to use paper labels. The marker I use now to write on the disc is permanent. I have to cross out the old writing when the disc contents change. Any suggestions on how to label the DVD-RW so that the labeling can be erased later?

if you mean the top of the disk and you print on it, you can use methylated spirits to remove it
