First, how old are you? You used "dat" as "That"... so I'm not even going to waste my time talking to you. Don't date the dude, or get over your friend, I don't want to hear your problems, b/c if I did, I would go to the right section, the section this SHOULD be in, but isn't, post elsewhere.

If your friend is a true friend, then she wouldn't stop talking to you for going out with a boy.
However, does she have serious reservations about him? Does he abuse drugs or alcohol? Has he mistreated previous girlfriends? If so, perhaps your friend is worried and doesn't know how else to get through to you.
If not, then tell her she's not acting like a true friend if she wants to control who you date.

You "friend" is not really a good friend if she puts conditions on your friendship. She has no right to control whom you see & with whom you go out.
Follow your heart & go out with this boy.
She nay be just a little be jelous - its very common occurance between girls.

first off...whats "dat"? anyways....ask your friend why she is opposed to you dating him....maybe she is looking out for you? if not then tell her that it is between you and him....
