How can I get a filipino channel here in Queens, NY?

I have a timewarner cable and they don't have any filipino channels. Thanks!

Sometimes the satelite companies offer foreign stations in their programming. go to Dish Network and find out. They have a lot but I don't know if that is one or not. Good luck.
