How do you feel about your vegetables?

I like my vegetables but they are boring and so often salads feel useless.

Until a few weeks ago, I rarely ate vegetables or fruits. However, I have uncovered some neat recipes online and have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. Yeah, most of it is water-weight but hey!

Stop eating frozen and canned foods! Research some fine recipes online.

Love them. Try making a real garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, lettuce, carrots, cabbage and spinach tossed together. Then a nice dressing that you like. Salads in the resturants or ready to go bags don't give you much. Try growing your own garden this year and eat fresh, it will make your salads more tasty.

My parents had no trouble with me eating vegetables when I was growing up.

My parents used bribery; hot melted Cheese spread on top.

I never did like those nasty ones like Okra, Squash, etc.

I absolutely and 100% love my veggies. You need to out so meting tasty and exciting with them that has flavour and that way they wont be so boring
