I need to replace the front brake pads on my 03' Kia Sedona. I'm going to do it myself to spare myself the arm and a leg that that repair shops want. I have never done a brake job with ABS brakes before, just wanted to know if its any different. I would appreciate any input, Thanks!

No !! The only differance is the compounds used to make the shoe and lining. So go with one that offers a lifetime guarantee. What yo should do with a ABS system is get the brake system flushed every 40,000-50,000 mi or every couple years cause what hurts ABS is moisture and can cause failure of the componants due to water in the brake fluid. Water and brake fluid will mix well and cause the componants to fail . So go to Midas or some other shop that flushes your system out and replaces the complete brake fluid

purely like a properly-known Non-ABS the do away with and alternative of brake pads is an identical. If something happens to the sensor your motor vehicle will emit a code or an ABS easy on your sprint.

If you changed brakes with out ABS, you should be fine. Remember to have the rotors turned or put new on.
