In the sequence -4,-7/s,-3 which term is 28?

I guess it should be -7/2, making it an aritmetic progression, since the difference between adjacent terms is 1/2 then.
Now nth term is a + (n-1)d where a is the first term.
T(28) = -4+ (28-1)*(1/2) = -4 + 27/2
=19/2
