Arnold Should...he's buying carbon credits!!! I think he's been tipping em up with Uncle Ted, the Cape Cod Orca who won't allow windmills to spoil his view at cape cod!! Does ted ever see one of anything Hic Hic ???

Climate school? What the hell is that?
I looked it us... that's a school in Uzbekistan....
you want to send Bush and Arnold to Uzbekistan to learn about the climate? does Uzbekistan even have running water? I don't recall there being a large number of notable climatologists coming out of that part of the world.
So unless you want them to go there to teach why would we want to send anybody there?
