What can my friend do that would help her get into an Ivy League College?

My friend is currently in high school. She is really stressed out about what Ivy League Colleges are looking for in students. She drives herself crazy trying to participate in a bunch of clubs, sports, etc. I tell her that doing so much isn't going to help if she doesn't do any of it well. Are there any students out there that could give her some advice?

I'd say to take some AP courses in a field she's interested in, like bio or history. Also, she should join clubs that enhance your portfolio, like ARISTA, Amnesty International, Model U.N., and Speech/Debate. She should also think of talke to a guidance counselor to help her pace herself, not get too overloaded, but at the same time excel in classes well enough to impress ivy leagues.
