52 or 53 - it depends on what day the years starts

365 days in a year, 7 days a week 365/7 = 52.1of each weekday

EDIT - another way to look at this is 7 x 52 = 364. So if the year begins on a Saturday, day 365 would also be a Saturday, making 53 Saturdays.
