Associated Press says: "The release of (Anna Nicole) Smith's autopsy report has been delayed because police have turned over new evidence, Broward County medical examiner (Dr. Joshua Perper) said Thursday, March 8th. I think she either OD or HKS killed her with drugs. I actually think The bodyguard couldn't go through with the original results from her autopsy & forever get a good nights rest so he let some info out of the bag that he knew was wrong about Stern.

Last night on CNN they had a report that the toxicology results showed possible foul play and therefore will not be released to the public until the determination is made.The coroner Dr Preper himself made this statement.

I am guessing an illegal substance was brought in and Mo, the body guard knows more than anyone besides, Stern, who kept Anna, away from the public eye.

I think she probably mixed two prescriptions accidentally, and might've had some kind of alcoholic drink to go with, or a sleeping aid. She fell asleep [or drank herself unconscience] and choked on her vomit.
...but that's my theory.

I think it will be a combination of things, illness, grief you can die from a broken heart, past drug use damage and other unnatural causes.
