Yes, there are trolls who report bogus violations to try to bring down people who have a lot of points.

Maybe, though they aren't worth anything so I don't know why they would. One of those people that answers every question with "I found a way to make some money by not giving anybody any....or whatever" has suspiciously added me to his contact list. I'm the only one there and he can keep track of what I ask. It's spooky!
