No, your ear will not fall off, you may get infection in it if you don't keep it clean.

No your ear is not going to fall off but it might hurt real bad. My sister got her ear cartilage pierced and it is definately more painful then getting your earlobes pierced, however it did look really cool after she had it done. So the question is Pain for Beauty? It's all up to you.

ONLY if it is done wrong. I have read artiles where the ear gets deformed if done improperly, or if it gets infected. I have my cartilage pierced and it came out fine. Just please make sure someone experienced does it. I wouldn't recommend going to one of those mall stores. Go to a tattoo/piercing parlor or even a doctor's office can do it.

when ur a carcass/ rotting zombie wen ur like dead lolz ur ear mite hurt my ear piercins didnt hurt i hav like 3 in each ear or 2 i lost count but bologna ur ears dont fall off

why do people ask such rediculous questions? have you ever seen somebody whose ear fell off because they got their ear pierced? no your ear will not fall off!!!!
