Youtube.com is what I would consider one of the top rating websites for viewing and posting video's about everything and more and perhaps even your kitchen sink :)

I personally go to youtube.com to watch anime epiodes and fan made video's.

People's put videos on there. It's most popular for anime, but it has music videos, amv's, other tv show episodes, just a bunch of videos.
