individual, it could be sports, music, celebrites,etc... that influence the American culture. for instance, many people around the world will see Statue of Liberty and instantly identify her as being from the U.S. and what she symbolize in American history and belief. she is the most recognizable figure that represent the American people, their strenght, that America is the land of the free and that America opens its doors to all regardless of who they are.
