What is the best and the toughest DVD-R/RW?

i am saving my important files and hoping to open it again 4 in the future."something that could last like a lifetime"

i personally am not a fan of the verbatim products....i find them to be cheap...if you're looking for large capacity then maxell also makes the 8GB discs....hewlett packard DVDs seem to be the best for me so far, i have yet to have a write error using them....after that maxell is my 2nd choice :)
