You can check the rumor sites and get a good idea but they are not always right and sometimes if a rumor is true and Vince feels that its too well known he will sometimes change the storyline. You can know what happens on Smackdown before you watch because its taped.

No because Raw is live. The only reason that you can find Smackdown spoilers is because it is taped on tuesday and is played on the following friday after they censor everything out of the show.

raw is the only live taping right now but on occasion they might release the news as they did a few weeks ahgo do the dog show it was announced for thursday night which NWA-Tna made their best of show on monday night to draw the ratings to their network. sometime near future tna will go to 2 hours to compete with WWE.

I get news from Lords of Pain. They have previews but not details since Raw is live. You can get info on Smackdown since it is taped on Tuesday you can find out then instead of waiting till Friday.

Depends. Sometimes the wrestlers themselves don't know until just minutes before their match what is going to happen.

I kind of have the same problem. I'm alittle to anxious. I live in Cali. so the show comes on 3 hr.s earlier in the east coast. i JUST GO to yahoo type in(on the news section) live raw coverage or raw report. and they have updates play-by play. its cool. if u live ni the east coast..srry IDK.

Well yes and no. It doesn't have spoilers because its not taped like Smackdown is. But they do post some up-coming matches on the wwe website.
