she says stuff about me behind my back, she says she's going to tell on me but still ask me for a dollar. i already put a note in her locker saying she was rude, obnoxious and everything else she is, but i don't know what else to do, but i don't want her to sit with us

you have to talk to her about it. trust me i have done this before and tolerating her is not what you should have to do. my group of friends and i did that for 5 years with this one girl and it was miserable. when we finally told her that we don't think we can be friends anymore it felt like we were free. it feels soo much better like a weight is lifted off your soldiers cause u dont have to deal with her crap anymore lol
but do it gently, you dont want to make her depressed or anything

If she is as obnoxious as you say she is, try to find out what's causing it. Perhaps she thought that you had done something wrong to her and she's acting out. Be nice to her and above all, do not discuss her failings with your friends. This should just be between you and her. Remember that this could be a potential friend. Don't throw away any chance of a friendship.

That poor girl probably doesn't have any friends. Remember it doesn'y hurt to be nice. Maybe you could introduce her to other people you know who you don't sit with. If you do somthing mean to her she will be very angry and might try to get revenge somehow. I would just try to have a conversation with her, you never know maybe you just need to get to know her better.

Confront her but don't start a fight. Move the chairs to another table. Don't embarrass her though.

Why don't you try just being nice to her. She's probably lonely. If you act nice to her, then she'll probably be nicer and more polite to you.

Tell her, "Sorry, this seat's taken."
