legally, she also cannot knowingly come with in the restraining orders No-zone. If she does she is breaking the law. She is not allowed to go to his work, house or any other place he might be. If he is worried about her trying to trap hm, he needs to have a witness with him when he goes to pick up the daughter, that way he can take the information to a lawyer. She can't have a restraining order against someone, then follow them around.

you asked the same question a few days ago, didnt you get enough answers????
she is obviously using intimidation - shes a nutter - he couldve just left with the kid - and dont go back to that coffee shop and get someone else (ie: sister or friend) someone you can trust to pick up the kid for you, if he has to stay away from her then he should full stop.. she is intimidating him and he is letting her, they shouldnt be meeting to drop off or pick up the kid if there is a restraining order in place

she is probably trying to trap him. tell your friend to get a restraining order against her and that should stop the harassment

what he should be doing is picking up the kids and running for the hills. that or have someone pick the kids up for him.

Seems to me that your friend's wife don't want to give him up.
