every time i get about 15 min into a game it cuts off on i mean i dropped it a couple of times could the battery be messed up cuz it doesnt die quickly or anything it just cuts off and restarts b4 i can get to a freakin save point

You could try cleaning out where the battery is...there may be something on one of the contacts in there. Try playing while it's plugged in...that should help in figuring it out too...if it doesn't cut out when plugged in, there's a battery problem. if it does cut out....there's probably something internal wrong, or the umd is dirty. Try other games or a movies too...or try music if you can...
