It just doesn't appeal to me... Well... it does.. I just don't like the feeling of sex. I LOVE foreplay.. but once sex actually starts.. I'm bored.

Although I have yet to tell my fiance this, I also have a disinterest in sex. He knows it's very hard to get me in the mood, but yeah... lots of times I'm bored.
There are some books out there that give good new, fun positions you can try. Since you like forplay perhaps some role playing will help you along. The hard part is getting your partner to do this.

I once had a partner who dont like to lose her virginity and all we did was foreplay. When I oral her, my fingers can feel the involuntary contractions on her vaginal area and her neck became red when she reaches orgasm. We did it lot of times until I moved to another area.

sex is a mind thing if your mind isn't there neither will your body .... you lack of interest could be due to other things going on in your life, trust issues, stress, or there might be a possiblility that your not sexual attracted to your partner or the gender of your partner
