I am trying to write my objective, which sentence is correct?

To obtain a position in which I help XXX succeed, as I become an increasingly productive supply chain management professional.

or...

To obtain a position in which I help XXX succeed as I become an increasingly productive supply chain management professional.

Also, is this a good objective statement?

I would type it as follows:

To obtain a position in which I help XXX succeed and become and increasingly productive supply chain management professional.

I think you've got a good gist going on there. Personally I would go with an 'and' instead of 'as I' and forget the comma as you're really making two statements there.
Mine would read something like:
'To obtain a position in which I'm an integral part of the success of XXX and to become an increasingly productive supply chain management professional"

objective statements should be, well...objective which means no first person (I, me, my)

using first-person literally makes the statement subjective--not objective.

How about: "To obtain a position that provides the opportunity to become an increasingly..... within a (pick a good thing about XXX) company"

Say something good about the organization like a well-established, successful, fast-growing, reputable, etc. but don't say you want to "help them suceed" sounds overbearing and don't mention them by name.

Example: to obtain a position with a "well-established" manufacturer

It sounds okay, but I would remove the company name:

A position as a supply chain management professional.

i believe objective statements are obsolete and you don't need one. i write resumes for people.

btw the two sentences are identical.
