i need TDS ( total dissolved solid), TIC ( Total Inorganic Carbon) and all these for lake /reservoir or even sea or water.
i need to know the units usually for calculating the equations for them.

All of these will vary depending on location and type of water. Even different locations on the same creek and stream will vary. No single database will have the information. If you have a specific water body, you can go to the EPA or specific state page and sometimes find some data. In reality, these are parameters that are not normally tested in such waters unless there is a problem.

Maybe EPA has a listing of these based on water quality data requirements. pH has no units, alkalinity, TDS an TIC all would be in mg/L.
