True Christian believers believe that the only way to ETERNAL LIFE is through Jesus Christ. Freedom is something that we are enjoying in the USA and many other nations. Besides, I can vote to elect someone to office but Jesus is to return and rule over the earth and votes will not make any difference. Comprendo?

I wonder if your question shows contempt for Christians. You lump all Christians together as Fundamentalist people who think the be-all and end-all is Jesus.

Those people are Christian Scientists (basically people who believe Prayer will solve everything, won't allow their children to be seen by doctors, instead do nothing but pray.

Now your question is weird...True Christians really believe when they vote, Jesus is voting through them. Christ is guiding their hand to vote as if Jesus himself were voting.
