I am the Cheese is an excellent book by Robert Cromier.
You could look up what happens, but I agree, keep track of your books. I recommend going to your school library and checking it out so that you aren't reliant on Sparks notes or the likes.

I strongly suggest you locate the book and in the future take better care of your school books. Books that are not in public domain are not published online without the permission of the author.
