Check it out, they know they can take advanatge of America when we have democrats in charge, so they attempt to siphon 700 million dollars out of our country. I am embarrassed that we have peopel in charge that will likely accept crap like this. Bye bye comfortable American lifestayle, hello 3rd world sh*thole welfare state!

The article says Democrats are considering an already existing annual aid package.
It isn't new. They didn't start it. They want to change it in purpose, not dollar value.

You have to actually READ the news articles you post. At least a paragraph or two...
