In your text, it's the same as for citing a print source, except you probably won't have page numbers. See: http://www.mla.org/style/style_faq/style_faq7

For your works cited: http://www.mla.org/style_faq4

And see explanation and examples here: http://library.nic.bc.ca/PDF/MLA_Style_Guide.pdf#nameddest=Website

You do a bibliography/ works cited page (use works cited if you have in text citations).

An example of a regular bibliography:
She was born in West Virginia.

Bibliography:
Smith, John. "Her Life as a Woman." etc etc..

---------------------

or as Works cited:
She was born in West Virginia (Smith 4).

*The '4' represents the page number from the book*

Works Cited:
Smith, John. "Her Life as a Woman." etc. etc.

Regardless if you paraphrase you need to cite where you got your information.
If you need help making citations use this site:

On the left hand side you can click on MLA and work from there.

Edit:
If this is your first time citing then I would stick to the first simple Bibliography unless your teachers wants a Works Cited page. Works Cited page is a little more complicated, especially with websites involved.
Good luck!
