I’m trying to put on self-tanning lotion (loreal sublime self-tanning lotion) before bed tonight (after showering, exfoliating, etc.)….but I want to make sure it turns out reeeealllly well. How long should I let it dry for? And is there any way to get rid of the smell before I have to go out tomorrow? Other than showering…in case I wash it off?

your best bet is to buy a lotion that is unscented,
Make sure your skin is dry totally before you go to bed.

Wait about an hour before going to bed to ensure that you are completely dry and the tan has sealed. You should be able to have a quick shower in the morning, and you should use a lightly lightly fragranced moisturiser to cover up any residual smell.
Best of luck :-)

I usually wait at least 30 minutes. Some might still rub off on the sheets b/c your skin comes off anyway and so does tanner. You can't wash it off unless you really scrub. So you can still take a shower as normal tomorrow.
