Since working at the mall at a cosmetics counter for sooo long, I sort of know what brands work best for people through trial and error. For sensitve skin, especially Asian skin, try Biotherm. It's very gentle and I've seen minimal breakouts and problems with this line of skincare and cosmetics. Personally, I don't think it kills your bank account, mainly because their products last sooo long. I use their tinted moisturizer on days when I want to take a break from makeup, it's called Aquasource. It smells divine and feels nice on the skin. Good luck!

Try Exuviance it is make for troubled skin. It is fabulous & what I use. It is a liquid but it shouldn't make you break out. See if they will give you a sample so you can try it out.
Eczema is often caused by food allergies. Specifically milk & other types of dairy.

I swear by Physician's Formula product, though they are a bit expensive ($6.00 - $15.00). Their product line is great, and you can't even feel their products on yr skin. I have sensitive skin, and I have never had a problem with it. And all of their products wear well all day.

Mineral based makeup ..if you like Powders try -- Jane Iredale..I use her powder makeup and it lasts all day..gives me a nice natural glow... I also would suggest Bare Minerals line.
