I need a exercise/workout schedule. I play centerfield, 15 years old, and i'm a good contact hitter but not a power hitter.

i am also 15 and play outfield and am a contact hitter
i just made my school team. the coach gave us a workout schedule beginning of the year. we had to lift weights at least 3x a week and run at least 4x a week. when you run, do a mile warmup, then run full speed 1/4 of mile and rest for 2 mintues and do it again 3 more times then another mile for cooldown. it works if you really want to get into shape. i know its a lot but we did it.
